Currently, the main airlines that fly to Hawaii from the mainland US include Hawaiian, Delta, United, American, Alaska, and Southwest, with a few seasonal/charter options popping up occasionally too. Coverage really depends on your home airport — I found way more direct options flying out of West Coast cities compared to smaller regional airports, where you'll likely need at least one connection.
