How do Marriott Points Actually Work?
You might be thinking to yourself about how it works if you are one of the hungry Marriott Bonvoy martyr members? First, we’d like to begin with how to earn points for free hotel nights and more. From hotel stays to one-off promotions, there are all sorts of ways to earn Marriott Bonvoy points.
You’ll earn base Bonvoy rewards points at Marriott properties, and most of the time, that translates to 10 points per dollar spent. This is in addition to the base rate at which Bonvoy elite status holders earn points:
- Silver members earn 10% more.
- Gold members earn 25% more.
- Platinum members make an additional 50% more.
- Titanium and Ambassador members receive 75% more
